Your shopping experience should be exquisite. I offer a car service for multi-city tours, open house tours, design support for buyers after the closing of escrow, introductions and access to subject matter experts, and strategic negotiation. While most of these things are not imperative, they certainly make the process a lot more enjoyable.

Word on the street is, buying a property (not to mention one that you love) can be tough. I'm dedicated to making the process as easy as possible for you.
Before I find you the perfect property, I need to figure out what you're looking for. In this meeting, we'll narrow down what you want and need in a property.
If upon review, you are interested, I will then share the disclosures to make sure its condition meets your standards. From there, we'll schedule open house tours and viewings. If you still love it, I will generate my proprietary comparables file to help you understand pricing in the neighborhood. When you're ready, we'll make an offer.
As you know, there are a few possibilities after you submit an offer. The seller could counter-offer, accept, or reject your offer. We'll walk you through every possibility and help you make the decision that is right for you. If your offer gets accepted, the next steps will be the appraisal and inspection. Once we get through escrow, pop the champagne - you got yourself a property!
